Principal Solutions Architect

Solution Development and Design:

1. Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements, business objectives, and pain points.
2. Design innovative and customized solutions that address client needs, leveraging existing products or recommending enhancements.
3. Conduct feasibility studies and assess technical requirements to ensure the proposed solutions are viable and scalable.
4. Define solution architectures, considering factors such as integration, security, performance, and usability.

Project Management:

1. Develop and manage project plans, including defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
2. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including product development, implementation, and support, to ensure project milestones are achieved.
3. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
4. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including status reports, timelines, and resource allocation.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing client expectations.
2. Conduct discovery workshops and meetings to gather and clarify client requirements.
3. Present and demonstrate proposed solutions to clients, addressing their questions and concerns.
4. Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
