You'll be pivotal in advancing our products' technical capabilities, ensuring they remain scalable, maintainable, and resilient. Working closely with product teams, you'll convert high-level requirements into strategic design choices while upholding high-quality standards. What You Will Be Doing

• Feature Development: Crafting and executing new features with an emphasis on scalability, maintainability, and lasting product influence.
• Requirement Engineering: Partnering with the product team to refine requirements, steering technical discussions to align features with product objectives.
• Operations and Maintenance: Ensuring product stability through monitoring, performance tuning, and proactive issue resolution.
• Technical Design: Making critical technical choices that directly affect user experiences and product scalability.

What You Won't Be Doing

• Jumping between short-lived projects or following the latest technology fads.
• Working on internal IT systems or outsourced projects lacking real user impact.
• Endlessly attending meetings or getting bogged down by mundane infrastructure issues.

Basic Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of full-stack development experience, encompassing both front and backend functionalities.
• At least 2 years as the chief technical driver for a SaaS product, guiding strategic technical decisions.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with actual SaaS products, excluding outsourcing or internal IT projects.
• Proficiency in incorporating generative AI into daily development tasks.

Working with Crossover

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover. The compensation level for this role is $50 USD/hour, which equates to $100,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
