Principal Fusion Financial Functional Consultant Oracle

For a Professional of relevant work experience with expertise in EBS and Fusion SAAS application specially the FIN track who can work on a range of projects including Oracle FIN Cloud, Payroll and Cloud ERP as a Technical specialist handling tasks ranging from building integrations from the ground up, troubleshooting on existing technical solutions and offering advisory and pre-sales expertise, responsible for requirement gathering, CRP workshops, design, configuration, fast formula writing, testing, parallel payroll run strategy and execution.

Qualifications:

• 10+ Years in delivering Oracle solutions and/or transformation programs ideally using cloud technologies.
• Applicants are required to read, write, and speak Arabic & English.
• You may be required to deliver services both remotely or onsite depending on business requirements.
• You have experience acting as a specialist, developer or similar with cloud solution design, development and delivery.
• You are proficient in designing and developing Oracle cloud solutions.
• You have excellent analytical, problem solving, strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical staff at all levels of the customer organization.
• You are an undergraduate or higher level degree(s) holder or having an equivalent work experience will be considered too.
• You have a positive, resilient and creative attitude with an open and agile mind set in front of challenging situations.
• Driven to take Innovative proposals and make them mature solutions.
• You have the ability to break down complex problems/issues to determine suitability and make appropriate assessments and recommendations.
• You think out of the box and you are creative with solutions.

Responsibilities:

• 10+ years implementation experience of Financials solutions.
• At least 6 years in implementing Financial SaaS applications.
• Worked in the following Finance modules as Functional consultant: Fusion GL, Fusion AR, Fusion Payables, Fusion CM, Fusion FA, Fusion Expenses, Lease Management, Revenue Management.
• Excellent experience in Fusion Project Management, Costing and Billing is a must.
• Ability to understand, design, and develop complete solutions. Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PLSQL, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), XML Publisher, ORDS services, Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS).
• Proven Experience on Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), dashboards, all type of data loaders, extracts, fast formula, error handling, SOAP services, BPM, personalization, Sandboxes, page composer etc.
• Demonstrate a good understanding of the Fusion quarterly update process and best practices according to new feature adoption, testing and change management.
• Strong knowledge in roles and security.
• Should Follow and ensure adoption of Oracle implementation best practices, adopt for requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, project documentation, and post-production support.
