About the role:
Qualification & Experience required:
Applies specialist and detailed technical expertise.

Shall analyze engineering/design problems methodically and arrive at satisfactory solutions.
Analyses as-built data and all other sources of information.
Demonstrate an understanding of how one issue may be a part of a much larger system.
Prioritizes what needs to be done and has a sense of urgency about achieving outcomes.
Manage structural engineering design and any design changes within budget and schedule.
Can assign team members to projects systematically to meet demands, taking into account the varying experience, competence, capability, and workload levels of individuals within the group.
Plans activities and projects well in advance and takes account of possible changing circumstances.
Monitors performance against deadlines and milestones.
Review structural design integrity of work scope and maintenance of standards.
Takes responsibility for customer satisfaction and solving customer problems/ issues.
Focuses on customer needs and satisfaction.
Sets high standards for quality and quantity and monitors and maintains quality and productivity.
Excellent customer focus and able to consistently meet Worley and its client's needs.
Ensures the design team is aware of and complying with the client’s Basis of Design and applicable regulations and codes.
Competent user of workflow procedures for delivering Civil Structural deliverables.
Familiar with Worley Civil Structural Standards & Codes relevant to Brownfields Engineering Design.
Maintains a positive outlook at work.
Works productively in a pressurized environment.
Keeps emotions under control during difficult situations.
