The company is a liquidity and technology provider of solutions for the crypto and foreign exchange (FX) industry. The company specializes in the sphere of B2B services and products, catering to a wide range of clients including large licensed brokers, crypto exchanges, crypto brokers, forex brokers, hedge and crypto funds, and professional managers.

Overview :

As an FP&A Senior Analyst, you will provide reliable data and analysis to be used in decision-making and planning. You will prepare accurate monthly financial reports, assist in the preparation of presentations that provide thoughtful analysis, identify action items, and effectively frame decisions that need to be made.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare group management accounts and forecasts.
  • Collaborate with business unit heads to develop revenue and expense budgets.
  • Analyze financial results and present key insights to the Board of Directors.
  • Improve process efficiency within the FP&A department, for example by reducing report preparation time.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and advocate for implementation with senior management.

Essential skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial planning & analysis.
  • Strong understanding of accounting, financial, and operational principles.
  • Experience developing financial reports and metrics (Cash Flow, P&L).
  • Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Google Sheets, Excel skills.
  • Fluency in English (Advanced level).

Advanced skills

  • Experience with Salesforce, 1C.
  • Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Tableau).
  • General Knowledge of SQL.
