On behalf of my client, a prestigious American curriculum school in Ras Al Khaimah, we are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Grade 4 Primary Teacher to join their exceptional team. Position: Grade 4 Primary Teacher
Location: Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates
Salary: Up to AED 13,000/month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons for Grade 4 students, focusing on core subjects in the lower primary stage (elementary).
• Create a positive, nurturing classroom environment that promotes curiosity, critical thinking, and a love for learning.
• Develop and implement creative lesson plans aligned with the American curriculum.
• Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them reach their full potential.
• Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to create a collaborative learning environment.
• Contribute to school-wide activities and initiatives to support the holistic development of students.

Requirements:

• Proven experience teaching primary or elementary school students, with a focus on Grade 4.
• Experience with the American curriculum is preferred.
• Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate young learners.
• A passion for fostering academic and personal growth in lower primary and upper primary students.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Availability to start ASAP.
