Primary School Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Primary School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a positive learning environment for students aged 5-11, nurturing their intellectual and emotional development.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement lesson plans in line with the curriculum requirements.
2. Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students.
3. Provide effective instruction using a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles.
4. Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate school-wide activities and events.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records and documentation.
7. Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress and behavior.
8. Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes respect and diversity.
9. Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
10. Serve as a mentor and role model for students both inside and outside of the classroom.

Minimum Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
2. Teaching certification or license.
3. Experience working with primary school-aged children.
4. Strong communication and organizational skills.
5. Knowledge of curriculum development and educational best practices.
