We are looking for outstanding Primary KS2 teachers to join our team at GEMS Wellington Academy, Silicon Oasis from September 2025.

1. Hold a BEd or Bachelors degree with PGCE / PGDE or equivalent
2. Have proven experience of teaching primary level - KS2
3. Have a willingness to collaborate and share their outstanding practice
4. Have a growth mindset, whereby they are reflective, and solution focused
5. Be creative and enthusiastic in their approach to teaching
6. Possess excellent interpersonal skills to work closely with colleagues, students and parents
7. Have a proven track record of providing outstanding learning & teaching
8. Have aspiration to work in a world-class school with real prospects for enhancing their career
9. Be willing to make a positive contribution to our school community and culture through active engagement in our extra-curricular programme and community-based events.
