We are looking for motivated, positive mindset individuals to join our team as agents who research and book travel! As a Remote Executive Hospitality Advisor, you determine your success as this is an opportunity to own your own business and work with a team, not a boss! The sky's the limit on how much you can make, and there are no minimums you have to meet. All training is provided as well as an abundance of team support! You will have numerous opportunities to expand your knowledge by obtaining additional certifications.

Duties include arranging cruises, transportation, accommodations, and entertainment for business and individual travelers. Coordinators may also specialize by type or destination. They will also promote travel packages on behalf of cruise lines, resorts, and specialty travel groups.

Requirements

The Opportunity:

1. Research & plan various vacation packages for your clients
2. Create vacation quotes, itineraries, and invoices
3. Attend trainings
4. Clear communication with clients
5. Book various travel including hotels, cruises, resorts, travel insurance, flights, rental cars, excursions, etc.
6. Review individuals' needs and wants for travel, to ensure you can cater a trip specially designed to meet their needs
7. Complete ongoing training to earn and maintain certification to book travel
8. Attend ongoing webinars with vendors and suppliers, to become specialized with specific destinations
9. Review budgets, and plan trips according to clients' budget constraints
10. Create promotional materials to utilize
11. Monitor restrictions on travel that come and go
12. Effectively communicate with clients pre/post travel
13. Handle issues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel for clients
14. Network with tour operators regarding packages that you can offer to clients
15. Part-Time or Full-Time
