Primary Drama Teacher

Kings School Nad Al Sheba is seeking an outstanding, passionate and motivated Drama Teacher to join the team from August 2025. This role will entail covering classes within Primary. This is a superb opportunity for aspiring, imaginative and inspirational teachers to join a highly creative and successful team.

Requirements:

1. Holds a Bachelor degree relevant to the teaching subject
2. Holds a qualified teacher status (QTS) and/or a PGCE
3. An outstanding teacher, with experience of teaching Primary
4. Able to teach consistently inspirational lessons and a track record/ability to deliver results
5. Experienced in running drama clubs, assemblies and productions is essential
6. A commitment to the well being and pastoral care of all students within their care
7. Able and willing to make a broader contribution to school life
8. Innovative, creative, enthusiastic and able to deliver results
9. The ability to motivate, enthuse and engage with children and adults
10. A demonstrable commitment to a robust culture of high expectations and quality care
11. Excellent professional knowledge and understanding developed in an established educational context
12. Assessment strategies and the use of assessment to inform progress in teaching and learning
13. Ability to manage change and work under pressure of changing circumstances
14. An exceptional, collaborative, inspirational practitioner with proven ability to build positive working relationships with the ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders
