Pricing & Operations Executive

As the Pricing & Operations Executive, you will be responsible for managing the pricing and operations of the freight forwarding and logistics services. You will work closely with the sales team to develop competitive pricing and ensure the smooth execution of operations to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate with carriers, agents, and suppliers to obtain competitive freight rates and ensure cost-effective solutions.
2. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer requirements to optimize pricing strategies.
3. Prepare quotations and proposals for clients, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
4. Oversee logistics operations, including shipment coordination, documentation, and customs clearance.
5. Ensure timely execution and delivery of shipments while maintaining service quality standards.
6. Work closely with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to support business growth.
7. Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors to enhance service efficiency.
8. Address and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
9. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
2. Minimum 3+ years of experience in pricing and operations within the freight forwarding/logistics industry.
3. Strong knowledge of freight rates, trade lanes, and shipping documentation.
4. Experience working with carriers, shipping lines, and customs authorities.
5. Proficiency in freight management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
6. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
7. Strong organizational and communication skills.
8. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
