Roles & Responsibilities

1. The position requires the Associate to set up, run, troubleshoot, interpret and follow work instructions.
2. They will have a complete understanding of the operation and safety requirements for all conversion press related processes.
3. This position is expected to have full knowledge of product quality, processes and procedures.
4. This position is expected to work with engineering on and off press to make quality and efficiency improvements.
5. Performs regular checks on ends quality and other Q.A. checks. Do rectifications if necessary.
6. Performs minor and major mechanical repairs on assigned machines and equipment, and reports on machine breakdown to immediate supervisor for remedial action.
