Presentation and Proposal Manager

The Presentation & Proposal Manager is responsible for crafting compelling sales and marketing decks, sponsorship proposals, and campaign presentations to drive business development. This role requires expertise in influencer marketing, brand sponsorships, and event marketing. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of advertising experience, with a strong background in developing campaigns for brand partnerships, celebrity endorsements, influencer marketing, and event activations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality decks and presentations for sales pitches, marketing campaigns, and sponsorship proposals.
• Collaborate with the sales team to craft persuasive and visually compelling sales materials.
• Design customized sponsorship proposals that align with brand objectives and marketing strategies.
• Work closely with influencers, content creators, and brand partners to develop strategic campaign decks.
• Lead the creation of marketing collateral to support influencer-driven and event-based campaigns.
• Ensure that all decks are aligned with brand guidelines and tailored for specific clients or partners.
• Assist in conceptualizing and structuring campaign strategies to maximize brand engagement and ROI.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine and optimize deck content.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, production, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of marketing materials.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing decks and presentations, making necessary improvements based on feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in advertising, with a focus on influencer marketing and event-based campaigns.
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint, Keynote, Canva, and Google Slides for deck creation.
• Experience in developing sales, marketing, and sponsorship decks for clients and brand partners.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills to craft persuasive presentations.
• Strong understanding of branding, influencer marketing, and event sponsorships.
• Ability to translate complex marketing ideas into clear, visually engaging presentations.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and strategic thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in digital marketing, social media strategy, and brand partnerships.
