The role:
We're seeking an experienced Presales Technical Consultant to drive engagement and support lead generation within the competitive cybersecurity space. The ideal candidate will excel at developing and delivering technical presentations and solutions that meet client needs, contributing to both immediate sales growth and long-term client partnerships.
Responsibilities:
- Focus: Support the sales team by providing technical expertise and crafting tailored solutions to meet client needs, primarily during the pre-sales phase.
- Technical Expertise: Act as a subject matter expert in our cybersecurity solutions, understanding client requirements and helping design appropriate solutions.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with the sales team to design and present solutions that address client pain points and align with our cybersecurity offerings.
- Client Presentations & Demos: Lead product demonstrations, workshops, and deep technical dives to showcase the value of our products and services to potential clients.
- Proposal Development: Assist the sales team in developing technical proposals, including architecture designs, deployment plans, and ROI analysis to provide comprehensive and compelling offerings to clients.
- RFP/RFI Response: Support the preparation of responses to technical inquiries from potential clients (RFPs, RFIs), ensuring the information is accurate and meets client requirements.
- Technical Proof of Concept (PoC): Manage PoC projects by guiding prospects through testing our solutions to ensure they meet technical requirements.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and sales teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions that meet customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years in a similar pre-sales or technical sales role within the cybersecurity industry, with a proven track record of delivery results.
- Cybersecurity Knowledge: Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Communication Skills: Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders, facilitating productive client interactions.
- Problem Solving: Proactive approach to identifying client challenges and offering tailored technical solutions.
- Customer-Focused: Skilled in building strong relationships with technical decision-makers, understanding their specific needs, and delivering solutions that drive measurable value.
- UAE Experience: At least 3 years of experience working within the UAE, with a strong understanding of the local market and customer needs.
Nice to Have:
- Post-Quantum Cybersecurity Expertise: Knowledge of post-quantum cryptography and emerging cybersecurity threats in the quantum computing era is a strong plus.
- Fluent in Arabic: While not required, fluency in Arabic would be advantageous for engaging with regional clients.
