Job Description:

We are looking for highly skilled and motivated AV Presales Engineers to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining Audio-Visual systems. This role demands a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform comprehensive needs assessments, accurately translating client requirements into tailored AV, CCTV, and IT solutions.
2. Identify, select, and integrate appropriate audio-visual equipment, control systems, and other relevant components to meet specific project specifications.
3. Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop detailed and persuasive proposals.
4. Effectively communicate technical details and the unique value propositions of proposed AV solutions to clients.
5. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the capabilities and advantages of proposed solutions as needed.
6. Deliver impactful presentations, responding to client inquiries with strong communication and presentation skills.
7. Develop and maintain precise technical documentation, including system diagrams, specifications, and proposals.
8. Ensure all solutions adhere to established quality standards and comply with industry best practices.
9. Document all client communications through formal channels, such as email or signed documentation.
10. Manage each client relationship with equal priority, regardless of project size or sales team involvement.

Basic Requirements:

1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar AV Presales Engineer role.
2. Brand Knowledge: Proficient understanding of leading audio-visual brands and technologies.
3. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong presentation abilities to convey technical information effectively.
4. Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software.
5. Education: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent qualification.
