Job Description:

• Develop and present ICT and telecommunications solutions to clients, addressing their specific needs and concerns.
• Conduct site surveys and technical assessments.
• Provide technical support and consultation during pre-sales activities.
• Engage in technical discussions with clients and stakeholders to establish credibility and build strong relationships, ensuring their technical needs are met.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
• Assist in the creation of technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and user guides.
• Support during the bidding process, including responding to RFPs and RFIs with detailed technical responses.
• Work closely with Assistant GM and GM to relay customer feedback and contribute to product improvement initiatives.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecom Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar pre-sales / technical sales role.
• Proven expertise in structured cabling, fiber optics, and active & passive IT devices.
• Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems.
• Strong understanding of hardware and software solutions in the ICT & telecom industry.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to travel to client sites for site surveys and meetings.
