- Oversee proof of concept by leveraging internal and external capabilities and products.
- Develop solution cost and pricing models, ensuring alignment with technical solutions and market competition.
- Evaluate multiple technology scenarios to select the most efficient system designs.
- Provide oversight on the integration of multiple systems and technologies, ensuring smooth implementation.
- Ensure security and BCMS guidelines are integrated into the design and of solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technology trends, evaluating and implementing new technologies to drive business efficiency.
- Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion.
- Conduct knowledge transfer to internal teams and lead project reviews with stakeholders.
