Job Description:

1. Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements.
2. Provide technical support during the sales process, including product demonstrations and presentations.
3. Design and propose customized solutions aligned with customer’s requirements.
4. Conduct live demonstrations and Proof-of-Concepts (PoCs).

Desired Candidate Profile:

Preferred Skills:

1. Knowledge of networking technologies (Routing & Switching, LAN/WAN, VPN, etc.).
2. Familiarity with IT infrastructure and cybersecurity concepts.
3. Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to complex technical issues.
4. Strong communication and presentation skills.

Education:

BE in IT, Computer Science or related field.

Certifications:

Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in pre-sales role preferably within an IT system integrator or consultancy.
