Job description
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and create tailored network and security solutions.
  • Design and propose technical solutions, including high-level designs (HLD) and Bill of Materials (BoM).
  • Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (PoC) presentations, and provide technical support during the sales cycle.
  • Respond to customer RFPs, providing clear technical proposals and cost-effective solutions.
  • Work with vendors and partners to ensure the best products are proposed and integrated.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, sales teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Assist in defining technical requirements and guiding customers in selecting the right network and security products.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in networking and security solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) and security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, etc.).
  • Experience with customer interactions, technical presentations, and proposal development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
