Job description
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and create tailored network and security solutions.
Design and propose technical solutions, including high-level designs (HLD) and Bill of Materials (BoM).
Conduct product demonstrations, Proof of Concept (PoC) presentations, and provide technical support during the sales cycle.
Respond to customer RFPs, providing clear technical proposals and cost-effective solutions.
Work with vendors and partners to ensure the best products are proposed and integrated.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, sales teams, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
Assist in defining technical requirements and guiding customers in selecting the right network and security products.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in networking and security solutions.
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.) and security technologies (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, etc.).
Experience with customer interactions, technical presentations, and proposal development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
