Practitioner: Legal consultation

Your tasks

• You coordinate processes and organizational tasks for our law firm.
• You conduct correspondence with clients and maintain relationships with business partners.
• You create offers, presentations, and other documents for our firm and clients.
• You will take on tasks in administration, data maintenance, and team coordination.

Job requirements

• Initial experience in office management or completed training as an office clerk is preferred but not required.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• German as a native speaker and fluent English in spoken and written.
• Confident use of MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Initiative, reliability, loyalty, and discretion.
• Flexibility, team spirit, and independent work.
• Mandatory: Stay in Dubai.
