Write press announcements whether long or short form for various business needs
Correspond with traditional media and social influencers; evaluate media exposure opportunities
Organize media experiences such as hotel stays, dining, and spa experiences
Monitor, review, and report on all marketing and PR activity and results
Monitor competitor sets, press coverage, and social media within the destination
Maintain an excellent relationship with the relevant appointed agencies, media, Accor regional office, and suppliers
Manage hotel communications including signage for public spaces and drafting in-room guest letters
Weekly summary of press coverage for internal distribution
Coordinate professional video and photography shoots as needed (influencer media fashion shoots)
With the assistance of PR or Marketing Manager, brief media plans, write creative briefs, and retouching briefs
Update content on the property website, press room, and image library partner websites
Ensure that all hotel promotions, advertising, and collateral are in keeping with Raffles standards and brand image and reflect the highest level of professionalism in content and presentation
Be a brand ambassador of Raffles at all times both in and out of the hotel and on personal social media accounts
Manage the supply chain and timelines of PR projects including costs, design, and copy
Support the marketing department with administrative tasks such as creating purchase orders (PO), invoicing, and raising complimentary forms in internal finance systems
CONTENT & SOCIAL MEDIA:
Shoot and edit photos and videos for internal communication platforms
Proficiency in Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro X (desirable but not a must)
Come up with content ideas to highlight various services and products
Excellent verbal and written English
Thorough understanding of the hospitality public relations environment and its evolving shape; awareness of the latest tools, platforms, and best practices

Minimum 1 year experience in public relations or a related professional area
An experienced communications expert; a dynamic and self-driven creative individual
Strong luxury hotel background or luxury lifestyle brand background is preferred
