Position: PR Global Director (INOI)

Location: Hybrid work format (Head Office + International Business Trips)
Reporting to: Directly reporting to the CEO

Key Responsibilities

  1. Global PR Strategy
    1. Develop and implement a global PR strategy aimed at strengthening the brand in key markets.
    2. Manage the company's reputation on an international scale.
  2. International Collaboration
    1. Lead regional PR teams.
    2. Establish relationships with media, partners, key opinion leaders, and external agencies across various countries.
  3. Crisis PR
    1. Prepare and manage crisis communication strategies.
    2. Coordinate internal and external communications in situations of reputational risk.
  4. Content and Promotion
    1. Create and oversee content (press releases, interviews, articles).
    2. Organize events and press conferences to strengthen brand presence.
  5. Analytics and Assessment
    1. Monitor media coverage and evaluate the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
    2. Develop recommendations to improve results.

Requirements

  1. At least 7 years of experience in an international PR environment, including team management.
  2. Understanding of working with media across various markets.
  3. Strong connections with international journalists and media organizations.
  4. Excellent communication skills and experience working with top management.
  5. Higher education in Communications, PR, or Marketing (MBA is a plus).

  1. Increased media mentions of the brand in key markets.
  2. The number of successful PR campaigns and their impact on brand recognition.
  3. Effective crisis management.
  4. Expansion of the partner and key opinion leader network.
