Diagnose and resolve issues related to film application, including air bubbles, wrinkles, and alignment, to maintain high standards of quality.
Stay updated with industry trends and product advancements, integrating new techniques and materials into service offerings for improved customer satisfaction.
Educate clients on maintenance and care for their PPF, tint, and ceramic coatings to ensure longevity and performance.

Desired Candidate Profile
Certifications from recognized industry organizations, such as the International Window Film Association (IWFA) or similar, are a plus.
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in PPF, tint, or ceramic coating installation, showcasing a strong portfolio of completed projects.
Proficiency in the use of tools and equipment specific to film installation, including plotters, heat guns, and detailing supplies.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship with every installation.
Strong communication skills in English, with additional language proficiency considered an asset for client relations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina and dexterity, capable of standing for extended periods and performing detailed work in various positions.
