Power App/Power Platform Developer.

We are seeking a highly skilled Power App/Power Platform Developer with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Proficiency in Power Apps development (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate for process automation
• Experience with integrating Power Platform solutions with enterprise applications like Salesforce.com, Workday, Netsuite, Concur, Coupa, etc.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, and SQL Server
• Experience with source control tools (e.g., GitHub, TFS, SVN)
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python for extending Power Apps capabilities
• Experience with REST API, SOAP, and integration of third-party APIs
• Understanding of AI Builder, RPA in Power Automate, OCR, NLP, and AI/ML concepts
• Strong Microsoft .NET Framework skills
• Knowledge of workflow-based logic and business process optimization
• Project and change management experience, preferably involving IT implementations and UAT management
• Ability to conceptualize and simplify complex problems
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to a business audience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze business processes to suggest improvements and develop Power Platform solutions
• Design, develop, and deploy Power Apps solutions to automate workflows and enhance productivity
• Support existing applications and workflows, implementing change requirements as part of a structured change control process
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including solution design and process flow diagrams

TEAM

• Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting issues
• Collaborate with Business Analysts on feasibility, requirements gathering, and optimization of solutions
• Assist developers in understanding complex requirements and deploying applications to test and production environments

PRODUCT

• Deliver innovative solutions using Power Platform to drive digital transformation and business efficiency
• Stay updated with evolving Power Platform technologies and customer requirements to enhance existing solutions
• Define best practices for managing configurable parameters, queues, and schedules to optimize performance and cost
• Estimate time and cost for solution implementation

DELIVERABLES

• Define, establish, and manage the overall Power Platform architecture for enterprise-level automation at scale
• Design well-structured, reusable, and easy-to-maintain Power Apps solutions
• Drive the adoption of best practices in coding, design, quality, and performance
• Identify potential bottlenecks and provide scalable technical solutions
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with governance and security standards

REQUIREMENTS

• Relevant Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma / Recognized qualification from an accredited institution
• Hands-on experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and Power Platform technologies
• Minimum 4 years of experience in business process optimization
• Ability to design and develop Process Design Documents for Power Platform projects
• Certifications in Power Platform (e.g., Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Apps + Dynamics 365 Developer Associate) are preferred but not required (training can be provided)
• Experience with Agile methodology and DevOps practices
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with complex troubleshooting expertise
• Experience designing workflow-based solutions and automation
