Job Responsibilities

• Mix and match powder coatings to achieve desired colors and finishes, adhering to customer specifications.
• Conduct quality checks on coated items to identify defects and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency in the coating process.
• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, or blasting to ensure optimal powder adherence.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience of at least 2 years in powder coating or a similar finishing process.
• Strong understanding of color matching and surface preparation techniques for diverse materials.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to handle equipment and perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
