Job Requirements

The applicant needs to have obtained a PhD in political science or related fields such as economics, psychology, or sociology with research experience. The successful applicant will have excellent research skills with an emphasis on lab or survey experiments.

Areas of Knowledge

The position is open to applicants with a variety of topical knowledge in areas such as:

1. Public Opinion
2. Populism
3. Migration Studies
4. Women in Politics
5. Authoritarianism
6. State-Society Relations

Prior experience in the Arab Gulf region and knowledge of Arabic will also be considered favorably but are not required.
