Job description
Roles and responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for luxury properties in collaboration with the onboarding department.
  • Ensure all properties meet brand standards before they are added to the portfolio.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive checklists for housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations to ensure operational excellence.
  • Regularly review and update checklists to adapt to evolving guest and property requirements.
  • Oversee and manage daily check-ins and check-outs for luxury properties, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for guests.
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to prepare properties for guest arrivals and departures.
  • Act as the main point of contact for the luxury properties portfolio.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing guest experiences within the luxury segment.
  • Monitor and support operational teams to ensure smooth and hassle-free stays for guests.
  • Implement strategies to exceed guest expectations, addressing feedback promptly.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations teams to ensure cohesive operations.
  • Provide guidance and training as needed to uphold the luxury standards of service.
  • Monitor the performance and condition of luxury properties, implementing improvements as required.
  • Prepare regular reports on portfolio performance, guest satisfaction, and operational challenges.
  • Build and maintain detailed guest profiles, recording preferences and requirements for future reference to enhance the personalized guest experience.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with third-party service providers to offer additional guest services, such as limo services, tours, attractions, spas, and more.
  • Ensure the availability and quality of the services to fulfil guest needs seamlessly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in luxury hotels, property management, or event planning.
  • Strong understanding of luxury market trends and client expectations.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, property management software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; additional languages (e.g., Arabic, Russian) are a plus.
