Portfolio Manager

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager to oversee and manage our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate investments, property management, and market analysis. You will be responsible for evaluating property performance, ensuring strategic growth, and driving profitability. This role requires a keen eye for market trends, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build relationships with investors and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and monitor the performance of the company’s real estate portfolio.
2. Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and trends.
3. Prepare reports for stakeholders and investors, detailing portfolio performance and growth projections.
4. Collaborate with the finance and property management teams to ensure efficient property operations and maintenance.
5. Develop strategies to maximize portfolio value and return on investment (ROI).
6. Ensure that all properties in the portfolio are compliant with local regulations and financial standards.
7. Negotiate with vendors, contractors, and investors to optimize portfolio value.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a portfolio manager or in a similar role, ideally within the real estate industry.
2. Strong understanding of real estate investments, market trends, and financial analysis.
3. Ability to assess risk and make strategic decisions to drive portfolio growth.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
5. Proficiency in real estate management software and MS Office Suite.
6. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or related field. A relevant professional qualification (e.g., CFA, CPM) is a plus.
