Portfolio Assistant

• Develop new customers and support front-end sales in expanding the Networking and Cybersecurity portfolio by providing pre-sales technical support. Take full responsibility for account development and achieving defined targets.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to maximize the opportunity pipeline and identify prospects.
• Configure networking products, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless systems, according to scope requirements and provide the necessary technical support.
• Respond to RFQs technically, prepare system drawings and architecture, create BOMs, and ensure technical compliance with requirements.
• Run technical POCs for customers and partners in Networking and Cybersecurity, focusing on OT solutions.
• Conduct technical training for customers and partners in Networking and Cybersecurity.
• Develop sales opportunities by identifying potential accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations.
• Design advanced network security solutions, including next-generation firewalls and intrusion prevention systems, to protect OT environments.

Your success is grounded in

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/communication engineering is a must.
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in technical sales and/or product capacity.
• Technical knowledge of industrial Ethernet switches, routers, firewalls, wireless systems, 5G technologies, related software, and cables.
• Relevant certifications such as SIEMENS CPIN in SCALANCE or RUGGEDCOM, or CCNA, CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent in networking and cybersecurity.
• Proven communication and negotiation skills with strong product presentation abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and efficiently.
• Unrestricted ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented, and time-critical environment.
