Ideally with a relevant degree, apprenticeship or diploma in Hospitality or restaurant management.
Minimum 1 year work experience in the same capacity with good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
Already based in the UAE.
Manage daily Pool & Beach operations.
Maintain sanitation standards and assist servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods.
Determine training needed and help others to improve their knowledge or skills.
Understand employee positions well enough to perform duties in employees' absence.
Review staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
Serve as a role model to demonstrate appropriate behaviors; demonstrate honesty/integrity; lead by example.
Encourage and build mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
Ensure and maintain the productivity level of employees.
Ensure compliance with all food & beverage policies, standards and procedures by training, supervising, follow-up and hands-on management.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Ensure grooming standards are maintained among all team members.
Provide guidance to create an environment and ambience at the Pool so that it is perceived to be relaxed and enjoyable while ensuring the quality and image for the hotel is maintained.
Display leadership in guest hospitality, exemplify excellent customer service and create a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
Empower employees to provide excellent customer service.
Handle guest problems and complaints.
Ensure corrective action is taken to continuously improve service results.
