Pool & Bar Manager

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the pool and bar facilities.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, as well as local regulations.
• Supervise and coordinate staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Recruit, train, and motivate a diverse team of pool attendants, bartenders, and support staff.

• Customer Service:
  • Maintain high standards of service to enhance the overall guest experience.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Implement strategies to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Inventory Management:
  • Manage and control inventory levels for beverages, snacks, and poolside amenities.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and place orders as needed.
  • Implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, including revenue and expenses.
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and maximize profitability.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Event Coordination:
  • Plan and coordinate poolside events, promotions, and special occasions.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to promote events and attract guests.
  • Ensure seamless execution of events to enhance the overall guest experience.
• Maintenance and Upkeep:
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure the pool and bar facilities are well-maintained.
  • Address and resolve any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Implement preventive maintenance measures to ensure the longevity of assets.
• Budgeting:
  • Assist in the development of annual budgets for the pool and bar operations.
  • Monitor expenses and work towards achieving financial targets.
