Pool Attendant

Responsibilities:

• Warmly greeting guests and assisting them with their needs at the pool.
• Enforcing pool rules and safety guidelines to ensure a secure and enjoyable environment for all guests.
• Performing regular checks of pool water quality and promptly reporting any maintenance issues.
• Distributing towels, amenities, and refreshments to guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
• Providing information about pool hours, services, and activities.
• Collaborating with the lifeguard team to respond swiftly to any safety-related incidents.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the pool deck and surrounding areas, upholding our brand standards.

What we need from you:

• Proven experience of 2 years in a hotel environment, preferably in a similar role.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work harmoniously with a multi-national team.
• Physical fitness for outdoor work, including lifting and moving pool equipment.
