Pool and Beach Attendant at InterContinental Ras Al Khaimah Mina Al Arab Resort & Spa

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

1. Greeting guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome.
2. Assisting guests with their needs related to the pool / beach area.
3. Responding to guest requests, comments, and concerns in a timely manner.
4. Maintaining cleanliness of the general pool / beach area including emptying used pool towel bins, organizing pool / beach furniture, collecting towels, and neatly arranging the pool towel storage shelves.
5. Confirming guest registration prior to issuing resort property.
6. Monitoring product inventory in order to minimize the loss of resort property.

What We need from you:

1. High School Graduate or equivalent required.
2. Must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
3. Intermediate English language skills.
4. Basic computer knowledge.
