PMWeb PMIS Specialist for Real Estate Developer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated PMWeb PMIS Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and managing the PMWeb Project Management Information System (PMIS). This role involves driving digital transformation in project management processes, ensuring seamless system integration and optimizing the platform to meet project-specific requirements.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead the configuration, customization, and implementation of PMWeb PMIS for project management functions.
  
• Develop and optimize workflows, forms, cost codes, dashboards, backend support, and BI reports to align with project and organizational objectives.
  
• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to end-users on PMWeb functionalities.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to integrate PMWeb with other project management tools and systems.
  
• Ensure accurate data capture, reporting, and analytics to facilitate informed decision-making and project performance analysis.
  
• Assist in defining standards and guidelines for the consistent use of PMWeb across all projects.
  
• Monitor and resolve system issues promptly to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, information technology, or a related field.
  

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with PMWeb or similar Project Management Information Systems (PMIS).
  
• Proven experience in project management processes, including cost control, scheduling, and reporting.
  

Skills:

• Proficiency in configuring and managing PMWeb or similar platforms.
  
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.
  
• Familiarity with integrating PMIS platforms with other systems and tools is an advantage.
