PMC Senior Project Engineer

• Bachelor degree in Engineering
• Minimum of 15 years of experience mainly in oil and gas upstream industry
• Held Senior / Lead Project Engineer role for at least 5 years
• Been in PMC or direct Client roles for at least 3 years
• Strong GCC client projects experience
• Extensive experience in following areas
  • Prepare scope of work and other technical data and specifications
  • Technical evaluation of all the proposals
  • Carry out feasibility studies on facilities optimization, synergy, and integration
  • Perform upstream downstream scope alignment studies
  • Carry out and participate in technical workshops with other stakeholders
  • Prepare Integrated schedules, cost estimates, risk registers
  • Liaise with Third parties specialized studies
  • Support in finalizing Operation Philosophy and Maintenance Schedules
