Job description

Bachelor degree in Engineering
Minimum of 15 years of experience mainly being in oil and gas upstream industry
Held Senior / Lead Project Engineer role for at least 5 years
Been in PMC or direct Client roles for at least 3 years
Strong GCC client projects experience
Extensive experience in following areas
- Prepare scope of work and other technical data and specifications
- Technical evaluation of all the proposals
- Carryout feasibility studies on facilities optimization, synergy, and integration
- Perform upstream downstream scope alignment studies
- Carryout out and participate in technical workshops with other stakeholders
- Prepare Integrated schedules, cost estimates, risk registers
- Liaise with Third parties specialized studies
- Support in finalizing Operation Philosophy and Maintenance Schedules
