Plumbing foreman

• Supervise and coordinate plumbing projects, ensuring work is completed on time and within budget.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications and requirements.
• Inspect work sites to identify potential plumbing issues and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Plan and schedule plumbing activities, including material and equipment procurement, to meet project deadlines.
• Train and mentor plumbing apprentices, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a plumbing foreman in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a team of plumbers and coordinate with other professionals.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to troubleshoot plumbing issues and make appropriate recommendations.
