1. Handling a variety of plumbing emergencies efficiently and professionally.
2. Installing pipes, drainage systems, sinks, toilets, and heating and cooling systems.
3. Testing systems for leaks and other problems.
4. Obeying health and safety codes at all times.
5. Performing inspections and providing advice to homeowners.
6. Selecting the most cost-effective, quality products for installation and repair.
7. Working alongside electricians, construction workers, and other professionals.
8. Providing time and cost estimates beforehand.
9. Communicating effectively with clients, especially when a job is taking longer than expected.
10. Being polite and respectful of clients and their homes at all times.
