Plumber

To provide efficient service to the guests & maintain the overall efficiency of standards set.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, drainage systems, and fixtures in commercial and residential structures.
• Respond, diagnose, and resolve plumbing issues.
• Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage systems.
• Light construction, carpentry, painting, plastering, flooring, ceiling, and electrical work as required.
• Test, troubleshoot, and perform basic repairs on all types of equipment.

Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience as a Plumber or similar is an asset.
• Diploma/Certificate in Plumbing or similar.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, required.
• Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
