PLC Engineer

The PLC Engineer will be responsible for designing, programming, and troubleshooting programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for industrial automation systems. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement PLC-based control systems for manufacturing processes. The PLC Engineer will develop and debug control programs, configure hardware, and conduct tests to ensure system functionality. They will also provide technical support, conduct maintenance activities, and assist with system upgrades or modifications.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop PLC-based control systems for industrial automation.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to gather system requirements.
• Program and configure PLCs to perform desired control functions.
• Debug control programs and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

• Stay updated on industry standards and advancements in PLC technology.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
• Knowledge of PLC programming languages, such as ladder logic or structured text.
• Familiarity with PLC hardware and communication protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
