Plant Operator

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Ajman Emirate, United Arab Emirates for a Plant Operator at Tech Group. The Plant Operator will be responsible for day-to-day operations related to machinery, equipment, and systems at the facility.

Qualifications

1. Experience: Proven experience as a Plant Operator, preferably in the concrete products industry. Hands-on experience with Hess and Masa plant operations is mandatory.
2. Technical Skills: Proficient in operating and maintaining equipment used in concrete product manufacturing. Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems related to plant operations. Ability to troubleshoot and address technical issues efficiently.
3. Education: Minimum of a Diploma/ITI in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
4. Middle East Experience: Previous work experience in the Middle East will be highly preferred.
5. Safety Compliance: Adherence to strict safety standards and procedures in plant operations. Familiarity with safety regulations and protocols related to concrete manufacturing.
6. Quality Control: Ensure product quality through continuous monitoring and adjustment of production processes. Knowledge of quality control procedures specific to concrete products.
7. Maintenance and Repairs: Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment. Conduct repairs and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime. Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic manufacturing environment.
8. Initiative: Proactive approach towards identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
9. Flexibility: Willingness to work extended hours or weekends as needed to meet production goals.
