Plant Manager RMC

Our client is one of the reputed manufacturing & construction material operations in the UAE. We are looking to hire a Plant Manager with their Ready mix operations in the UAE.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

1. Experience in managing Production Maintenance (Plant & Vehicle Fleet) & Quality (Heading the Plant)
2. Managing complete end-to-end operations of the plant.
3. Should be able to train the manpower for smooth operations.
4. Liaise with the regulatory bodies when required.

Requirements: To be considered for the role you need to fulfill the following criteria:

1. Bachelor/Diploma in engineering or relevant field.
2. Strong leadership and operational management.
3. Knowledge of quality control processes in concrete production.
4. Familiarity with industry regulations and health and safety standards.
5. Proficiency in managing plant machinery and optimizing production.
6. Liaison with regulatory bodies quality standards such as those set by Dubai Municipality and other emirates regulatory bodies.
