1. Strategic Leadership: Drive production, maintenance, and operational efficiency to achieve and surpass performance targets.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Chemical or Mechanical disciplines.
2. A minimum of 10 years of experience in continuous process industries.
3. At least 8 years in a managerial role, ideally in MDF, Particle Board, or Ply board manufacturing.
4. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of pallet block manufacturing processes and technologies.
5. Management Systems: Familiarity with ISO, IMS, TQM, TPM, and SPC frameworks.
6. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a diverse team.
7. Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication to interact with stakeholders at all levels effectively.
8. Analytical Abilities: Proficient in using QCS and advanced computer systems to drive operational efficiency.
