Roles

Serve as the primary liaison between project teams, clients, and management.

Project Planning:
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and schedules.
Conduct feasibility studies and assess project requirements.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Resource Management:
Coordinate the allocation of manpower, equipment, and materials.
Monitor resource utilization to avoid delays or wastage.
Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of supplies.
Budget Management:
Prepare project budgets and ensure adherence to financial constraints.
Monitor project costs and implement cost-saving measures.
Team Coordination:
Facilitate collaboration between design, operations, and site teams.
Provide leadership and guidance to ensure project milestones are met.
Resolve conflicts or bottlenecks to maintain workflow efficiency.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Track project progress and generate regular status reports for management and clients.
Analyze performance metrics and implement process improvements.
Client Relations:
Engage with clients to understand their expectations and ensure satisfaction.
Address client concerns or changes in project scope promptly.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
Implement quality control procedures to maintain high standards in project delivery.
Duties
Create and maintain project schedules using planning tools such as Primavera or MS Project.
Conduct site visits to assess progress and resolve on-ground challenges.
Review and approve project designs, estimates, and timelines.
Collaborate with HR to plan workforce requirements based on project demands.
Update stakeholders regularly on project status and potential delays.
Identify and implement innovative techniques for landscaping projects.
Train team members on planning protocols and best practices.
Occupational and Workplace Health and Safety Responsibilities:
In addition to all job-specific responsibilities, all employees are required to adhere to all Khidmah health, safety and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, practices, and relevant legal and statutory health, safety and environmental requirements and obligations. All employees are personally responsible to familiarize themselves with these policies, procedures, practices, updates, etc. Khidmah HSE department regularly updates existing and introduces new policies, procedures and practices and each employee is personally responsible to ensure they stay updated and compliant with all such updates and new additions.
