Planning Engineer Required in the UAE New

Skills Provision is searching for a Planning Engineer to support a service-based company in the Middle East.

Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

Salary & Benefits

• AED 9000-12000 p / m

The Role

• Must have the ability to produce a robust project plan covering all aspects of a task.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to monitoring and reporting the project's progress, preparing all reports, and preparing short-term/recovery programmes in liaison with the Project Manager/Engineers.
• Track events and maintain all relevant records.
• Ensure the subcontractors' work programmes are in line with the baseline requirements.
• Work closely with the Planning Manager and report any project status issues.
• Assist in the day-to-day management of subcontractors.
• Make sure all supplied tooling is fit for purpose and diligently managed.
• Stand in for the Planning Manager as and when required.
• Attend conferences and meetings.
• Chair subcontractor meetings.

Requirements

• Supporting engineering qualifications would be beneficial.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Previously prepared programs in procurement.
• Proactive and diligent engineer.
• Dedicated operator.
