Job Description:

• Preparation of baseline program with logical sequence, resource loading, and cost loading.
• Knowledge about NOC procedures and critical path analysis.
• Preparation of monthly/weekly reports and project presentations, attending progress meetings, identification of delay factors and alarming project team about delays, advice for mitigation strategy, notification of delays following the contract preceding, particular submission (intern & final), etc. with delay strategy of delay analysis benefiting the contractor.
• Preparation of mitigation/recovery programs, generation of cash flow on a weekly & monthly basis.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Skills:

• Expertise in Primavera P6, PowerPoint, CAD, Excel & Word.
• Ability to handle multiple projects independently.
• Proactive measures and ability to work with minimum supervision.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Mechanical.
• 3-4 years of experience in the UAE.
• Infra construction is an advantage.
• UAE Driving License.
