Planning Engineer

Role Description

We are looking for a Planning Engineer with a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience.

Experience working on Primavera is required. The candidate should have experience in decoration works, including ceiling and partition, using BIM and Autodesk Navis.

Responsibilities

• Estimating and implementing the Project plan (Baseline Program).
• Preparing and monitoring the progress (Planned, Actual, Project cash flow).
• Handling Planning matters during contract termination.
• Evaluation of disruption claims and assisting in evaluating EOT claims.
• Preparation of monthly reports and submission to the Engineer/Employer.
• Attending progress meetings.
• Preparing contractual correspondence and replies.
• Evaluating project schedule performance and identifying developing problem areas.
• Preparing Risk Register.
• Assisting in preparations of cost plans at various design development stages.
• Assisting in tender evaluation and finalizing tender reports.
• Preparation of tender Programs.
• Implementing value engineering proposals to meet initial budgetary requirements.
