Planning Engineer

We have a current opportunity for a Project Planning Engineer on a permanent basis. The position will be based in UAE. Pay is $6000 per month.

Our client, a leading global energy technology company, is seeking a Project Planning Engineer to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of complex projects within the energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
3. Monitor project progress, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions to mitigate delays.
4. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for project stakeholders, highlighting status updates and potential risks.
5. Utilize project planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project to manage and optimize schedules.
6. Support the project team in resource allocation and forecasting.

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience in project planning and scheduling within the energy, oil and gas, or infrastructure sectors.
3. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other relevant planning tools.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders.
