Planner

Job Title: Planner

Responsible for: (The main job activities)

1. Create Work Breakdown Structures suitable to the program of the Project.
2. Analyze Planning data as required to achieve time-based and resource-based schedules.
3. Maintain progress data on assigned Project and prepare progress reports and Forecasting Systems of Projects.
4. Produce the Project resource Plan as required.
5. Monitor and update the Engineering deliverables and Trackers.
6. Monitor and update the Procurement deliverables and Trackers.
7. Monitor and update the Construction schedule and Trackers.
8. Develop micro-plans and work schedules for key major activities.
9. Review Subcontractors Planning and actual work progress.

Minimum Requirements:

• Engineering or Marine background.
• Good working knowledge of Primavera (P6) and Microsoft Project planning software.
• Good working experience as a Planner in major shipyard / Oil and Gas organizations.
• Good working knowledge of overall Yard functioning and Resource allocations.
• Graduate / Diploma in Engineering Discipline.
• Experience as a Planner in major shipyard / Oil and Gas organization with 3 to 8 years of experience.
