Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Pinnacle Architect to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and visualization, with expertise in using Pinnacle Studio and other architectural software to create high-quality renderings and presentations. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical proficiency, and project management skills to contribute to high-end architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and design innovative architectural concepts and solutions.
2. Utilize Pinnacle Studio and other 3D modeling software for visualization and presentations.
3. Collaborate with project teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to ensure project feasibility.
4. Create detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and 3D models.
5. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project compliance with design specifications.
6. Research and incorporate sustainable and modern architectural trends into projects.
7. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
8. Coordinate with contractors and consultants to streamline project execution.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and visualization.
• Proficiency in Pinnacle Studio, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in high-rise, commercial, or luxury residential projects is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• LEED accreditation or certification in sustainable design.
• Experience with VR/AR architectural visualization tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous architectural projects.
